Lauren Pierce was great! Got right to the point and was very friendly throughout the day. She made this a low stress experience on what could be a very stressful day otherwise. The new showroom was very welcoming and the staff were all helpful.

Good service and courteous.
It was timely and courteous. I was convenient. I would appreciate Toyota taking responsibility for wiring with soy base insulation, so my expensive radio would work.

If I have to choose a car dealership, it's Team
What I liked best was the "TEAM". Everybody was so helpful and friendly from the porters who checked my car in and the greeter who directed me to my service advisor, my service advisor who was most professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, to the tech who worked on my car who came out and assured me that my car was in good running condition, to the nice Michael Jackson who helped me with the coffee machine and answered some questions about trading out of my car, to the cashier who was so sweet, to the the young man who brought my car up and handed me the keys. If I could sum up what I like best about Team Toyota in one word, it would be ATTITUDE. It's all about providing me the customer with the best service possible.

Great experience on service and with the people
While I really liked the way I was able to set up my appointments online and communicate electronically with your service folks, Brandon's help in getting a warranty issue taken care of really took it to a different level. Brandon was a pleasure to work with and due to his help, I got an entire set of new wheels. The chrome was coming off the old wheels (2014 Tundra Louisiana Edition). Brandon researched and advised that this was under warranty. He then arranged for the new wheels to be brought in from Louisiana and had them installed.
