I enjoy cars. I'm a little odd in that I also enjoy the negotiating, give and take, and what others consider the hassle of dealing with "car people". From the first quote given to my nephew , who also bought a CR-V from Allan, to the time I finished signing the lease papers on my Cr-V, I realized there was no new car buying "fun" at your dealership. The initial quote was respectful of the car information available these days, no handing off to three different people, time spent on the paperwork was at the absolute minimum, and the final price was more than fair. If I could beat the depreciation factor, I'd buy every six months from Alan and Mike Piazza Honda

We bought a Nissan Pathfinder 2006 from them about 35...

We bought a Nissan Pathfinder 2006 from them about 35 days ago, nothing but problems. They admitted they knew that the fan clutch was bad but did not replace it because it didn't fall under the lemon law. We are now waiting for a part that should have been here already and instead of them calling us to let us know when it comes in, we keep calling and everyone acts as if they had no idea a part was supposed to be ordered. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

I purchased a new civic coupe a few weeks ago. I was a little nervous at first, this being my first 'new' car purchase. I have done all my research prior and knew what options I wanted. I was just a little unsure of which color - I was between the alabaster silver and polished metal metallic. My sales person put them beside one another to let me see the main difference. I decided to go with the polished metal. It took me a little bit to decide on this, I was very pleased for their patience! After I decided on the color, the sale was smooth sailing. I am very pleased with the service I received from all of their staff! Thank you!!!!?

We purchased our new Accord from Mike Piazza Honda after...

We purchased our new Accord from Mike Piazza Honda after having our 1997 Accord serviced there for nearly 10 years. In that time the only service issue we ever encountered was having to pay Honda USA to obtain the security code in order to use the radio after we replaced the battery. (The dealer from which we purchased the car used failed to provide us with the code). We were very pleased with the negotiation and price we got from Mike Piazza Honda on our new car and continue to be pleased with the quality and courtesousness of their service dept. We recomemnd to our co-workers and friends to purchase and have their cars serviced there.

where to begin they took our honda si out because of...

where to begin they took our honda si out because of trans problems and drove it 70 mph on a 45 mile an hour road for 3 miles red lined it reset the computer so not to be caught then lied an said nothing was wrong jeff covin followed me into the parking lot when my son came in with my GPS showing they had beat on my car. yelling at me so unprofesional like stalking til my husband came over and said stop talking to my wife like that and told him we were going to report them driving recklessly to the police and the service manager check to see if they had redlined it with their computer and they had erased everything. why what were they hiding the damage they did to my engine the manager then said he would fix the transmission that they had previously said had no problems.Why because they know there is a problem and they also beat on our car. They think I am dumb enough to leave my car for them to fix my transmission. Poor customer service and endangering people who drive on the road in from of piazza honda doing alomst double the speed limit. The service tech wasn't even reprimanded or the rude jeff covin that followed me he stood there laughing in the garage. well I am laughing now you lost a sale of a brand new pilot for my husband and in this economy. keep up the poor service you'll be out of a job soon enough. Hey jeff covin when bullied me and followed me out to the parking lot thinking you could harass a women it showed your poor mentality. A little scary in this world today that you think you can do something like that. Also learn how to spell on your service papers you gave us and you drive at 70 mph. Poor poor customer service. Not to mention the liability you have set honda up for driving like that. customer service is everything to bad you have no idea and beside my 21 year old has more manners than you and he is clearly smarter to check the gps and to see how lousy your service is.

Just wanted to drop a line and say how pleased i am with the service I got from Mike piazza honda. These guys were very helpful in getting my civic before i went on vacation in a timely matter. They really did a good job and I love my car. Thanks for looking out for the customer for a change unlike my local dealer in New Jersey that wouldn't return my calls after I told them i was shopping there price.

I am writing a review as I have read the previous reviews...

I am writing a review as I have read the previous reviews and felt this dealership deserved a stronger rating. I bought a used car (Subaru) and had a wonderful experience. They are a clear cut dealer who does not pressure you or play games. I test drove the car, negotiated the price and it was an overall good experience. I am now recommending this dealer to my boyfriend who is also looking at a used SUV. I will return to write a review and see if we have the same experience the second time around.

Went to dealer rater and was reluctant to visit this dealer. Ended up going to Willis Honda were I was totally disrepected. Went to Mike piazza Honda and had the best experience of any auto shopping experience thus far. totally accomodating and interested in my interests. If you ignore this delership based upon initial reviews, you are doing yourself a disservice. Special kuddos to Pat Melani and Mike Lappin.

I wouldn't sent a dieing man to Piazza for service. Customer service STOP at the end of the curb on the lot. Also the general manager is just as bad as the service people, with a remark Like let forget the past and start over, meaning u the customer are a laider and his worker are right al of the time.Plus u will be going back again and again for the same problem to be fix. All they have is cheap help to off set the cost of labor, will try this first and maybe this second, at a charge to u the customer.Then they will tell u that u are wrong not them, Just ask Russ the general manager. thank u phil

All i known is I'll never go back to the Piazza Honda of...

All i known is I'll never go back to the Piazza Honda of Phila or any dealer that has Piazza on there. Great saleman but very poor customer service back there. Mike the service manger who doesn't return a call to the customer is upset. Great talk buying the car or truck but as u drive way or off the lot the customer service go to HELL. Just a short note about the POOR CUSTOMER at the Phila. lot. Thankk U Phil Lewandowski
