Mike Piazza Honda

This is the 3rd Honda that I have purchased from this dealer and every experience has been better than the last. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. I think their rates are better than their competitors and always feel like I an getting the best deal. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Wayne was very friendly and honest. As usual the business office tried to upsell; an extended warranty on a lease? It's going back after 3 years. The rest of the experience was good.

I have been a customer of this dealership since 2003. I purchased 2 Odysseys, one in 2003, and one in 2011. Both sales experiences were positive. The salesmen were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experiences easy. I am also very satisfied with the service area of the dealership. My car has always been ready when I was told it would be. Any parts my car needed were always in stock. The service advisors were always friendly and explained the work that needed to be done. Recently, the service manager worked with me when I questioned whether or not to fix my last Honda or purchase a new one. He was very informative and a great help in the whole process. Overall, I have been very satisfied with this dealership on all levels: sales, service, and managers.

From start to finish our sales experience at Mike Piazza Honda in Langhorne PA was excellent. Every person there was friendly, helpful, smiling, etc. We felt no pressure from the salesman who was so easy going it was like hanging out with an old friend. They readily and quickly accepted our offer of how much we wanted to pay for our new Accord which shocked the heck out of us. So we highly recommend the dealership and when the need arises, we will be back. And service has been a breeze although all we needed was oil changes of course. It is a new Honda after all!
