Probably one of the best car purchasing activities in my purchasing lifetime. Sales agent, manager and finance personnel were very respectful during the purchasing process.

I have purchased all of my automobiles at this location. This is the first new CRV I purchased but I have purchased 2 used cars at the same visit in the past. I am thrilled with my overall experience and have encouraged all of my family to also purchase at this location. My son just leased a Odyssey for his growing family! I recently found out that my wife and I need to replace her Honda pilot with a mini van. We shopped around and found that the Honda Odyssey had everything that she wanted in a mini van. This was my second Honda purchase from Mike Piazza Honda. I live an hour away in New Jersey but travel to Langehorne to this dealership because I know I will have a positive experience and get a fair deal. The sales service was excellent. The salesman was courteous, professional, patient and accommodating. The finance personnel explained all options in detail and was very courteous. The general manager checked in from time to time during the process to ensure that everything ran smoothly. All in all it was a very positive experience and I will definitely be purchasing my next Honda from Mike Piazza.

They switched the loan info at the last minute. My Honda Finance loan I was quoted went out the window and a "no name" bank appeared on the final form. I should have dug my heels in but the finance associate gave me the run around. A classic "bait and switch" technique used by crooks everywhere. Piazza Honda refused to address my concern. I was cheated. Buyer beware. I got burned.

Stopped in Saturday to buy a rear wiper blade for my crv. tony the parts manager took care of me when i came in. He said you may not need the complete wiper blade but that i may just need the insert, he walked outside and looked at my crv and said i just needed the insert.i bought the insert for about 6.00 and while i was paying for it he went outside and replaced the insert for free and cleaned my back wind shield. Can't beat that deal , with service like that this dealer is tops on my list, service was fantastic and will tell all my friends , i will be back due to that.
