A day at Mike Piazza Honda

Jimmy Abgarian, Senior Sales Representative, was the person who was helping me when I was looking for a pre-owned Honda. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns. Even though he was extremely busy that day, he managed very well to take care his customers, in spite of many car shoppers. He was very polite and honest. I would recommend Jimmy to anyone looking for a person who can handle lots of questions and gives you the best information about the cars. I can say, I was impressed with his professionalism.

My Recent Visit

I brought my 2016 Honda Accord to Langhorne, Pa. for the yearly inspection/oil change/etc. Mike Russo, Service Advisor, Mike Piazza Honda 1908 East Lincoln Highway was SO HELPFUL/CURTEOUS/KNOWLEABLE and I've never had any Honda's Service Advisors in the past stand out as much as Mike Russo. Although I purchased a car battery through Honda in Feb. 2020......My battery died in Feb. 2021. I had to call AAA and get a new battery. The problem was ME. I DO NOT DRIVE ENOUGH. Mike suggested that I get a battery charger/tender to keep the battery charged. I have since purchased one and installed it. It works beautifully and now I have some peace of mind because of your service advisor, Mike Russo. Thank you for taking care of my car.

I was a walk-in service customer for my 2007 Honda...

I was a walk-in service customer for my 2007 Honda Accord. It was a hectic day for the service department, and they told me it might be a long time to fit me in for 4 more-or-less minor requests (with no appt). I understood, and so I waited for what I thought would be all afternoon. Mike Russo was at the service desk and did a fantastic job. They were able to get 3 of the 4 issues fixed (including hazard work on the airbag system), and the 4th is very easy once the trunk is unloaded. The work was done FAR faster than I expected, for a great price, and Mike Russo went above and beyond to help me get situated (I'm mobility impaired). While I don't know who the mechanic(s) were, I have no complaints, which is unusual when dealing with many other dealerships.

State inspection

As always: Friendly service! Quality work! Fair prices! Always happy with the service department! Always offer alternatives for pickup, ride to and from! Great idea for dealership to utilize Uber-rides!

Jimmy was very attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions. He ensured we were able to pick up our truck the same day we wanted to purchase it. He also has a lot of energy and a great personality for sales! Overall he made the car buying experience very pleasant.. Provided all info to make a knowledgeable decision.. Best price we could find and smooth process..

I do not understand the cost of the coolant why two charges on top of that when I checked the radiator later in the day I could not reach the coolant with my finger also the overflow bottle was empty this was not right

Heating System Servicing

Took my vehicle in due to no heating in this cold weather. The techs were able to diagnose quickly and order the part in a timely manner. Even in these storms they were able to get everything ordered and repaired in under 3 days! They were even able to update me with expected delivery times and available scheduling!

They made the process so smooth and easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My son is very happy with 2017 Accord. I would definitely go back to these guys.
