The dealership would not honor the price on your website. I was told there would be a $1000 prep charge and a $345 doc fee. They said they'd waive the prep charge ,but refused to do so on the doc fee, They tried to say doc fee was state law and showed me a bogus chart which had nothing at all to do with the fee,

Horrible experience today. I xx on line about a vehicle was told it was there. It wasn't. Was told they can't keep there websites up to date. Salesman didn't seem to want to sell me any other car. Was rude .

After +10 years of terrible experiences, here’s my short and sweet review. Awful staff, and an even worse sales manager. I attempted to have an adult conversation with Steven on the phone, and realized that unfortunately they are all the same at this location. Earlier today my wife and I were working with a salesman (who had self admittedly been working there for only 5 days) who lied to us about an additional $6k that was added on. He insisted at first that the two separate charges were both “dealer fees” and he could see if he could “maybe take some of that total off”. Eventually we left, even though he did later say he could take the additional fees off, because, honestly it’s really hard to want to give tens of thousands of dollars to someone who JUST LIED TO YOUR FACE. Two hours after I got home, I called the sales manager and tried to give him a heads up about his sales team and all he did was tell me how the salesman did a phenomenal job, he didn’t believe me, he had no interest in what I had to say, which says a lot about how they run they’re sales staff, he was just another dishonest salesman. They are all ok will doing whatever it takes to add on their warranty’s, which we may have even bought at the end of the day if it wasn’t presented in a lie. My wife and I also had an extremely similar situation in 2015 with our last lease, I (stupidly) thought we should give them another chance since that was 6 years ago. I guess not. - GO ANYWHERE ELSE for your Honda buying needs. (Have been driving a CRV all my life)

Joe is a Racist
I purchased my vehicle from Mike Piazza 2 year ago i have had a great experience everytime but after my last visit im re-thinking that I went into Mike Piazza Honda in Langhorne because my key didn't work to unlock the car so that meant it was something wrong with the mechanism within the door thats how I received the car I was explaining this to Joe at the service Dept right away he accused me of getting upset which I was not I was just telling him the problem I was having. I am a Black Man he was very dismissive and condinseding towards me. He tried to insinuate that I was lying about my door or that I did something to it so I can get free service he kept saying "Well you saying that but I don't know that you bought the car 2 years ago" I was in shock then he suggested that I can take my car elsewhere so I didn't have to come there anymore since I had all the packages. I felt like he was telling me to get outta here and don't come back here he had a very nasty attitude towards me. Then I watch him treat all the white people with a lot of respect and was very friendly towards them so finally the problem on my door was fixed he told me "Now we got to see who is going to pay for the repair" I said" listen thats how the door was sold to me I would not go threw all of this come all the way out here use a wedge and a ballon to get in my car and have the parts Manager cut me 2 brand new keys that didn't work im not going to do all this because I have nothing else better to do " he turned right around and said " You said that 5 times already" I WAS PISSED and I let him know about it I also let him know how I noticed how he treat me and how he treated other people he accused me of disrespecting him snatched his card off the paperwork then slammed the paperwork on the receptionist desk and walked away I also had to get my rims re-finished he would not make the appt for me I had to walk back in there and practically beg him to do it then he told me I would have to bring my car in in the morning wait there until he finishes and that he could only do 2 rims at a time and that i would have to come back because the insurance company will only pay for 2 rims at a time. Which is totally not true because I have had my rims done there b4 they gave me a loner car for a few days until they got fixed this was also confirmed by the sales manager Shawn who was very nice and professional BTW so why did Joe tell me something different like Shawn said " Why does he care its not like its coming out of his pocket you get a loner car" so after the conversation I had with Shawn I Definitely felt that I WAS DEFINITELY TREATED DIFFERENTLY BECAUSE IM A BLACK MAN PERIOD. To get treated like that was very disappointing I have never had any issue there but Joe changed all of that THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECIEVED THERE UNBELIEVABLE I hope Joe hears about this we will see what happens and how I get treated when I got back there on Friday 6/18 to get my rims fixed

My husband and I went to Honda for a new car, our first in 8 years. We were not looking forward to the car buying experience. What a great surprise we had. We were told by a friend to ask for Jimmy. He made our day so effortless and we came home with our new Honda HR-V that day. We had never leased a car before but Jimmy gave us all the information we needed to make the decision. I will tell everyone I know that if they are shopping for a new vehicle, go to Mike Piazza Honda and ask for Jimmy Abgarian!

Road debris accident
On my way home from work drove over a piece of wood left in the road causing damage under my civic. I drove straight to Piazza Langhorne and spoke with Dennis who was able to assess the damage, order and repair my car in under 24 hours. Would highly recommend Piazza for sales (my 3rd Honda) and repairs.

Great Experience I Refer to Family and Friends
Being a woman you are always worried about purchasing a vehicle. I must say that this experience was great. I walked in an was greeted with friendly faces. I began talking with Dan, he allowed me to explain what I was looking for in a vehicle and payment. After I test drove the HRV he ran my credit and did the numbers, brought me a sheet printed out that was so clear to understand with the complete breakdown and 3 payment options all within my comfort range. I decided to purchase but I had a rental, Michael told me he would take care of it for me. Amy made the purchase process quick, easy and smooth, Robert went out to the vehicle with me (right after the service dept. did a little detail clean up) and showed me how all the features worked and set my my phone. Extremely Grateful for the experience.
