I have to say, I experienced the worst customer service in America today. I don't know how they've managed to stay in business for this long. When I called the service department, the lady who answered the phone did not seem to enjoy her job and did not want to listen to my concerns. She ended up hanging up on me." I like Sal to call me asap.

Wonderful experience with Basil Resale. Austin did an amazing job getting the GM and Finance manager to understand my complicated situation and get me in a vehicle as quickly as possible. The whole team was great to work with. This is my third experience with Basil and you don't keep going back to a place unless you know they are going to take care of you.

Overall, it was a good experience with Basil Resale on Sheridan. Steve, the salesperson I worked with, was great and did a fantastic job. There was miscommunication about my old car I traded in. It had to be towed to Basil and I informed Basil that I wanted all the items in the old car to transfer to the new car. Instead, the car was towed away across state without my knowledge. Basil contacted the junk yard where it was towed and informed them of the items I needed returned. Supposedly, they are going to ship them back to Basil via Fedex. A part also had to be shipped to a Basil Ford dealer in Niagara Falls where they took the Ecosport I had purchased to pass inspection, It did take a week to get the car back, but it finally came. Outside of these two issues, I was happy with how I was treated at Basil and give my recommendations for buying a car at Basil Resale.

Worst service department by far. They tell you one price , then it goes up even more. Then when you go to pick up your vehicle , it costs even more. Do not recommend
