Inspection

Good customer service and interaction, although one time showed my vehicle in the yellow then the next time that same inspected point was in the green. Lying to get a good review is disrespectful to the customer.

Got my dream car thanks to D'Ella!

Easy process, honest sales and finance managers. Online salesman was very quick to respond and worked with me to travel to their dealership. Everyone went out of their way to make the experience exceptional!! Would 100% go back for future vehicles.

Excellence in Service Department

Replacement of battery in a timely fashion was due to the efforts of Jody Putney in the service dept - got back to work on time.

Honda hybrid 2023

I had my vehicle in for its first oil change and tire rotation. The service reps where excellent as well as the service staff. I was in and out in 45 minutes. This is why I buy my vehicles from Della Honda.

Service area is the best!

I just wanted to give a big thank you to customer service. I believe the gentleman’s name is William Port. He is slender and wears glasses. I should have gotten his name, but I stopped in, because my tire pressure was low. He checked all of the tires for me, which he has done previously and has always been so gracious and nice. The front right tire was extremely low and I was worried about my son driving the car. He said they were really booked, but if I was willing to wait, they would try and squeeze me in. They were able to pull out a piece of metal and fix it for me, in no time at all. I was so relieved. Thank you to Bill for always being so helpful and kind. Thank you to the mechanics too, I won’t go anywhere else.
