Recent service appointment

All D'Ella associates are friendly. Service associates are great from check-in to finish. If any additional work is needed it is explained, given the cost and if they will be able to do it during this appointment time or another appointment will be needed. This is my third Honda From D'Ella so needless to say I am a very customer.

My husband and I walked in on a Friday at noontime and knew what car we wanted to test drive. We were introduced to Justin Matteson, who made the entire process seamless. Because of the impending snowstorm, they asked us if we wanted the car the same day. It took about 5 hours total but we went home with the car the same night. We had a good experience and never felt like we were being “ripped off.” In fact we felt the complete opposite, they were really trying to get us the best deal possible. We love our new (used) Pilot!

First-rate service from Della Honda

I know a lot of people scoff at having their car serviced at a dealership, but I wouldn't have it any other way because of how competent and friendly the service staff is at Della Honda of Glens Falls. Jody Putney was the service adviser who handled my visit this week and she couldn't have been more efficient. The work -- a routine maintenance plus a recall on a seatbelt pretensioner and an annual inspection -- was completed in just over an hour, and they even washed the car.

Inspection

Della is so clean and comfortable. My car also comes back clean no dirty foot prints or anything. They call you by your name very nice people.

My Honda serviced

Della Honda The service representative Jody Putney is awesome. She is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of my car and takes a great deal of time and effort to explain any issues or service I may need to kept my vehicle in top notch shape. This is the only place I would go to buy and service any car I buy from Honda.
