First visit to D'Ella Honda- Queensbury

Brought my 2012 Honda Pilot in to have the air bag replaced (factory recall). The job was completed quickly and I had a great experience test driving the new Passport. My Honda Pilot has many more years in her, but when I am ready to trade in and purchase my next Honda, I will definitely go to D'Ella Honda VS my previous Honda dealer.

Malibu purchase at D'ella Honda

I have purchased from "Wrecker" Roberts a handful of times. He takes all the mystique out of a car buying experience. It is a "happy hour" at a vehicle dealership.

Great Experience

Mechanic John Austin understood and made us feel comfortable even though we were facing (what could have been)a very large repair bill. After troubleshooting the problem, it wound up being a minor repair. Well done!

DELLA HONDA

Three years ago I leased a 17 Honda CRV. Absolutely loved that car. Fantastic service and attention too. Lease up and income decreased so I asked my knowledgeable salesman (DL) to come up with a 4 wheel alternative with a lower monthly payment. Done! Hrv meets my needs. Was amazed at the roominess for hauling things. The process is so simple. They do all the work. Finance fellow (RW) knowledgeable and efficient. I really appreciate efficiency. Della Honda is my place for car business. I have no stake in the company. No family connected. I am merely a contented costumer. I cannot ever find anything to complain about!! I will keep looking though. :)
