The sales guy was great. The sales manager was a nightmare and almost cost our Salesperson the sale. I am a female and have purchased several homes on my own without any help and yet I was spoken to as if I had no idea what I was doing. Sales manager did not want to honor Advertised discounts on website. Sales manager complained about his long hours and ready to go home yet denied that when reported to his boss.

Ms. Brown is PHENOMENAL!!! She is very thorough and left no stone unturned. She assisted me with purchasing my SUV while educating me on trade-ins. I am truly grateful she approached me. George, the finance manager is awesome as well!
