Hello Jamie Smith. I understand that you feel your interaction was terrible but we did explain everything to you before and after your appointment. As mentioned you were part of a “Free Oil Change” program from the previous owner of the dealership, roughly 6 years ago that we said we would work with you even though you had nothing in writing or a contract of any sort. We explained that those programs offer free oil changes when you do all of the service work at the dealership but since you do not want to do any service work with us, and you want to do it elsewhere, we cannot honor a free oil change that someone else gave you and that your actually giving your repair work to a different business. If you have anything in writing that says other wise we will be more than happy to review it with you. Nothing was explained to me before my appointment, i didn’t ask to be apart of the offer at 2nd st , you (subaru) offered it to carry over , nobody ever said “we would work with you “ there’s nothing to work with. me about , i bought a car on 2nd st w free oil changes life of the car promotion at that time . If subaru didn’t wanna honor it anymore in year 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 all anybody had to do was tell me as of so so we will not be honoring the 2nd st oil change , all was needed was commutation to me . easy peasy instead you guys treat me like a xxxxxxx for three years instead of just ending the honor system . period . it’s not like i bought two cars from you and have been a customer for 10 years . but all you had to do is man up and tell me your ending the program . i never said anything about work getting done elsewhere i said i will be back monday to discuss Trade in options .!which would give you more money on a 3rd car, from this response i can totally see why the service department and my feeling are validated. You’re just as terrible as they were to me . I bought two cars from you i gave you my life savings on my subaru . isn’t your subaru motto love and happiness to all all about love and compassion. i don’t feel any of that , i feel extremely targeted over a program i didn’t ask for . and a weak car dealership that could have ended it at any time and didn’t and takes it out on me for 3years because i can afford to fix 4k worth of work at my oil change appointment that took 2 hours . still haven’t apologize at all for the wait time and or why i was waiting that long . you wasted my time and no one even cares . my service advisor did not have my best intrest that day but nobody is addressing that , also do you know what it feels like to be told you need 4k worth of work when you have wasted 2hours of someone’s day and they got up at 6 am had to go to work at 7pm and didn’t get a nap in . It’s a shock response. not pleasant feeling .
