I base my overall experience mostly on what happens after

I base my overall experience mostly on what happens after the sale, because I believe that is the true test of one's commitment. And not just any service, like things that you pay for, but things that you don't, like warranty service. I originally was to have warranty service done. Not only did they quickly diagnose the issue, they quickly repaired it without issue. They were quick, friendly, and genuinely cared. They took ownership of the issue and resolved it. Nothing is perfect, so when things break, how truly customer-centric is the dealer? I also decided to get our 6,000 mile service early. (The quote was actually less than my mechanic, which surprised me. And they provided transportation...which is a bonus). The 6,000 service was quick and done right! My vehicle was done in around 5 hours, from the time of drop-off, which was also good I can't say enough good about my service experience. I'm loving Ira Subaru!!!

They went above and beyond in my expectations.

They went above and beyond in my expectations. I brought my car in for the studded snows to be removed. Ira Toyota?s Service Manger, (Mr Cotter) called me to inform me that my cars ball bearing needed replacement. Thank you Mr Cotter and thank you to Ira for caring for their clients!

Easy experience with people who seem genuinely interested

Easy experience with people who seem genuinely interested in finding you a car at a reasonable price. The sales people listen to what you want and don?t push overly hard on getting you to buy something more expensive than what you need.

IRA Subaru could be a training facility for other

IRA Subaru could be a training facility for other dealerships! I had a problem with my car late afternoon while traveling and stopped at IRA Subaru. From the moment we walked in Tara greeted us and reassured they could check it out and have a diagnoses before closing, which was fast approaching. Logan followed up with the diagnoses and best and worst case scenario in getting the part and having it installed. They gladly put us in a loaner car for the one to three days it may take to complete service and assured us they would contact as soon as they had an update on the part. The next day I heard from Logan that they had secured the part, had the car apart and were working on installing the coupling and should have it done by the end of the day. I received a call from Tara same afternoon and it was complete! Bravo! No interruption to our travel plans, I cannot give them enough praise for their outstanding customer service. I did not buy a car, however, I would drive the five hours back to this dealership for my next Subaru! Charles was the most patient easy going salesman and had my husband not been with me I may have just signed on for the BRZ. Much gratitude to all front AND back of house ! ??
