Unfortunately, I don't trust their vehicle assessments

Unfortunately, I don't trust their vehicle assessments but keep going because I purchased a free-for-lifetime oil change deal. I'll focus on this last visit. I was told there was a nail in my front passenger tire. They wanted to charge $89.xx to "repair" it. I declined and went to my regular tire guy, immediately after my oil change, only to find out it was a pebble!

Lovely people but so disappointed in the financial side.

Lovely people but so disappointed in the financial side. With a credit score of 733 I expected a good rate but got 9.76 versus a low 7's. My fault for not paying close attention .. also noted I was never walked through the costs as the car cost $36,000 - $5,000 down payment= $31,000 yet the loan came to $40,000!! (Numbers rounded off) The car cost $9,000 more and I was never shown a disclosure listing these costs. I called and asked if they wanted to change the loan. They said no. I refinanced immediately.....Also, this type of treatment of a senior citizen is predatory and illegal. So, if you want to use them pay close attention and tell them to shove that nice kind chatter up their you know what. They are no better than what they always say about car salesmen they are just the epitome...

The confusion started when two key documents including price breakdown and. Monthly costs was given to me via salesperson. But not at the table when speaking with finance department. 45 minutes or more had lapsed between and since all docs not in front of me all at once left a gap in understanding the process and more importantly the connection between documents and thus the numbers. And when I left those documents were not given to me nor included so afterwards there was a huge gap in understanding the numbers. But also the rate was still too high for my good credit.

Brian was helpful and friendly. We came to see a specific vehicle so there was no messing around, but still he made the experience enjoyable and sold us an excellent vehicle.
