They contacted me after I posted my car for sale on KBB. I asked over the phone how much was their offer. Associate said it’s best to drive over so they can appraise it physically. I agreed and drove to the stealership. Just maybe 5 mins or so they verbally just gave told me $3,000 only without even looking at my vehicle. Guy kept saying “it’s old, you know… blah blah blah.” First of all, I never said it was brand spanking new. It’s a 2013 BMW 335i x-drive with 87k miles with a clean title. I do not know what they’re smoking but they sure know how to low-ball/insult anyone. They could have just told me over the phone since they never looked at my car. Stay away from this dealership!
