Rich in service is excellent with his customers. Always courteous and personable. Even when I was snow birding, I’d call to inquire about my truck, and he’d answer my questions in a professional manner. Great job Rich!

My sales rep was very knowledgeable.

My sales rep was very knowledgeable. His name is Tim Ford. They never tried to talk me into anything that I did not want to buy. They didn’t wave around giving me what I asked for for my other truck as a trade-in. They were very nice everything they said was true and I’d recommend anyone to go back to MacFarlane Ford

I was a little taken aback that I had to pay for an inspection on a brand new truck that I just purchased here in the fall. The service department was great though. Everyone I’ve dealt with are prompt, attentive and friendly.

Great people to deal with.

Great people to deal with. Tyler is a great salesman. Couldn’t get the vehicle I really liked but he found one that I liked and I could get. He never gave up. Thousand thumbs 👍 up
