James Chismark greeted us upon our arrival, and proceeded to share his knowledge of Kia products. He was extremely patient with explaining all options for financing our purchase. After our test drive, Phil Hemming did a great job of having all paperwork in order for a quick signing.

Had to bring car back 3 times for misfire issues.

Had to bring car back 3 times for misfire issues. Last time had car for 30+ days just for car to sit in parking lot 27 of the days. Claimed they couldn't get the car to misfire. Demanded my car back and go figure it was misifiring like crazy which I recorded. They tried playing the bad gas card. Car was never fixed their warranty is a joke

The same auto reply that was on Google. Noone reached out that is a lie. And I traded the car in since they couldn't fix it. Unfortunately Kias warranty isn't any good if the dealer doesn't try

I just leased a 2025 Kia Sportage. It's been 10 yrs since I purchased a car so I didnt know what to expect.. Thankfully Steve was very helpful throughout the whole process.
