West Herr of Canandaqua provided a great experience for me from customer service to inventory to working out a great deal. Brian S. from Sales, Cody C. from finance, and Zach J. from customer care went above and beyond and I extend my full appreciation. My only regret is not knowing what quality they provide is all aspects, and not going to West Herr sooner

Service Rep was excellent. Always courteous and friendly. Explained all service performed on car and brought to your attention anything that needed to be addressed. Service Technician was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

I found them, after initial meeting with salesman, to be very cooperatve, and helpful. I purchased a car there. My first visit, ended in what I felt was a "run around". I received false information, and no follow-up.
