Where do I start? In a word - excellence! This is the third vehicle I have purchased from West Herr Honda Canandaigua. I also have been bringing all of my vehicles here for service for the past six years. My saleman, Nathan M. is a consummate professional. He provides excellent customer service by listening for understanding, finding the best match for your need and budget and respecting your time. My daughter (who lives and works out of state) needed a car rather suddenly as her old car had a catastrophic failure which wasn’t worth repairing. At the same time my wife was in the ICU after open heart surgery. I knew I could trust Nathan to take good care of my daughter while i was at her mom’s bedside in the hospital. My daughter flew into town for the weekend and Nathan quickly and expertly helped her arrive at the very best solution for her needs and got her a solid deal on the purchase price. He handled all of the paperwork as fast as humanly possible out of care and concern for our family situation. He showed genuine human compassion and consideration which is sadly in very short supply these days. Tim V. the Shop Foreman and Russ V. the Service Manager were both on hand to get the car inspected quickly and out the door fast so we could get back to the hospital to be with my wife. I just can’t say enough for this dealership- and this appraisal is is based on six years of experience.

They’ll put you in a car. Do your research first tho! :) they work with a lot of lenders so you can get approved which is great for bad credit or no credit.
