Service Dept.

Service Dept. knows not what they are doing when fixing a car; only selling parts! Beware, beware! Car came out with a flat tire from the Mechanics throwing wheel down on ground and breaking valve stem when working on ABS sensor system. They tried to blame it on me! (With brand new tires on the car, I doubt it was me!) They never fixed my ABS light coming on since they no not know what they are doing, they just tried to sell me a whole ABS module for $1,800 instead of finding out WHY the ABS light comes on. They first put brand new brakes in my car for $700, even though they were already replaced under two years ago! I started catching on to their tactics, after they suggested putting in an ABS wheel speed sensor on the tire (that became flat) when I already had that done also previously under two years ago. Sell, sell, sell the parts, that's ALL they do! They will not listen to you and they treat you like "get em in, get em out"....NEXT SUCKER! I was very disappointed with their dishonesty and lack of knowledge and will NEVER do business with them again. I gave them the chance to prove their abilities to no avail. Please don't let them take you for a fool like they tried to do with me! Nucar Tarbox Toyota sure lives up to the shifty dealership stories one hears all the time! Save yourself the nightmare and find a good mechanic elsewhere!

Awful customer service and poor communication.

Awful customer service and poor communication. You made the entire car buying experience unnecessarily stressful. I will not be buying from Nucar Tarbox again because of such a bad experience.

Purchasing a car today is certainly a different

Purchasing a car today is certainly a different experience than it used to be . Other than the fact that there was now way to know" exactly" when my new car would arrive, Kyle kept me up to date as best he could. He, and everyone else we delt with, was pleasant and personable. I've always had positive experience with the service department on my previous vehicles. I'll be coming back !

I had my car serviced and the Tarbox service rep was

I had my car serviced and the Tarbox service rep was Andrew Chan. I have spoken with Andrew before and he is personable, hard-working, clear and responsible. I really appreciated how work yesterday, and everything proceeded very quickly. I have never had a complaint about this dealership since I began working with them in 2008, and Andrew Chan has always been wonderful.
