I was told that they would beat a deal by $1000that I had
I was told that they would beat a deal by $1000that I had from another dealer, however when I went there they were $13 less after spending an hour negotiating. When this place was Tarbox it was much better and the service was excellent. Now I feel you are just a number. I personally will never buy from them again.

This is the phone number from the internet manager who lied to me to get me into their dealership! I tried talking to him but he just continues to deny the facts. I have the text from them Nu Car. Like I said I am not the first and I won't be the last person to complain on the tactics they use. The place was very good when it was Tarbox, but the new ownership has brought the place down and I am no going to buy or recommend them!

Even with 3K shipping to get the car to Colorado - I got a GREAT deal. Plus they were awesome to work with. I can't say enough good things about this dealership!

Bait and Switch-Deceptive Sales Team
> In May 2022 I placed a $ 500.00 deposit at the dealership for a build to order Toyota Venza Limited. > I was told it could take several months to arrive and I was ok with that . I was recently contacted by the dealership and told that the car would arrive in the Port of New York on Sept 18 2022. When I asked for a copy of the incoming sticker to start my financing I notice that the car was different from what I had ordered both in colors and equipment extras. When I questioned the Sale Manager about those issues what he told me was “you get what the factory sends.“ > That was on the afternoon Friday Sept 16th. I told the sales manager on that call that I would have to get back to him if I wanted to except the differences. I went to the dealership the next Monday morning 9/19th to request a return of my deposit of $500.00 and was told at that time that they had already resold the car and they had another deposit on it. The very same car I had a deposit on. How can you sell a car twice. Very unethical. Upon arriving home with my deposit I went to their web site and saw that they were advertising the exact car including its VIN # for sale. How can they now be selling the same car three times? I would not believe a single word they say. Very deceptive sales techniques. Buyers beware!!!

Bait and Switch!
Bait and Switch! I was in communication with the salesman (Andrew Wallace) for 2 days. I told him I would leave work and drive over an hour away and be there by 5:30 to test drive a Toyota Tacoma Pro. Upon my arrival he was not there but another salesman and the manager were whispering (as so none of the other customers could hear their lies) that the car had sold earlier that morning. Really??? This is a bait and switch tactic to get you to the lot to sell you something they do have in stock. It is becoming more widely used and it is a disgraceful way of doing business. It was a 3 hour round trip after a 10 hour shift!!!

I always hated car shopping I thought it was the worst
I always hated car shopping I thought it was the worst job in the world. However I had a good experience at Nucar Tarbox Toyota dealership , my salesman's name was Bruno and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and to my surprise I did not find him pushy at all. I found the dealership in general was good to deal with and was reasonable,I found the price of the vehicle I was purchasing ,and the trade in value of my vehicle was fair after a short negotiation.

I was able just drive in for my 20 thousand mile check up
I was able just drive in for my 20 thousand mile check up get my oil change tire rotation and 30 point check up also a state inspection all with in 90 minutes. Mark my service writer was personable and helpful.

Absolutely perfect.
Absolutely perfect. Andrew took my car to be washed, my great granddaughter had spilled ice cream in back seat and Andrew had it cleaned. If possible I would rate 20 out of 10.
