had my Camry inn for the 10,000 mile service, Car was ready in 45 minutes, but i had to wait almost an hour for them to process the paperwork. it took almost 2 hrs. to get inn and out. Very bad. Will have to look for an other Toyota Dealer

The staff was helpful and friendly and willing to answer questions. Their service was prompt and was fully explained after its completion. I found the price for an oil change slightly higher than one my car had previously by a different service provider.

From first contact with dealership until final purchase, process was great! Our salesman, Tony, kept us informed during our buying process. Highly recommended!

Quick check in with courteous service gentleman. He was very attentive keeping me informed of progress. Was informed initially to come in for recall repair but he explained a different process. He explained no need to do the recall and worked with me about replacing window system. Hope part comes in soon. Very comfortable waiting area and ability to purchase food and watch Tv and very clean.

I have worked with Tony for over 10 years leasing my vehicles. I call him when the lease is almost up and ask what he recommends and he has always comes through with the right vehicle for our needs. He helps me learn the new bells and whistles of each car and sets up for me. If I have a problem I call Tony and it is taken care of. I enjoy visiting with Rodney and Mr Edwards when I am there for service. They always have time for me and I have leased from Dave Edwards for 15 years

I showed up late to my appointment because I overslept but yet they had me in and out for my 5k mile service on my 2021 Tundra in 20 minutes. I just moved here from TN and a dealership I loved and had bought my last 4 trucks from. To say I was impressed by Dave Edwards Toyota Service Department would be an understatement.
