Very disappointed, went for an oil change, price doubled

Very disappointed, went for an oil change, price doubled since it was owned by Dave Edwards. Won’t be coming back if I can help it. Place is not the same’

I had great service trading my vehicle for a new one.

I had great service trading my vehicle for a new one. But now I'm getting calls for late payment on my trade in that should have been paid off before payment due. Now it is effecting my credit score for late payment which is Spartanburg Toyota issue. I don't need a company lowering my credit score for ther ineffective ability to pay vehicle off.

John strong was very rude to my wife and her blind

John strong was very rude to my wife and her blind stepfather during their attempt to purchase a used vehicle. Lies that he told straight faced not knowing he was talking to experienced shop personnel and just general rudness shows his true character and disregard for customer service

Beware!

Beware! With new ownership/management, I had the worst experience. After giving Chris and extra day to work on my car, when I went to pick up the car it had a tire pressure warning light flashing. Plus, Chris gave me quite the laundry list of needed work, when previous visits showed no problems. Why all of a sudden do I need $2,600 in work done? While I had been going to Dave Edwards since moving to the area several years ago, as we felt we were treated fairly, now we have zero trust. You burned the bridge Chris Shear. If that's how people are treated, instead of buying a new Toyota (which we were planning), we'll go elsewhere. Yes, the way people are treated is still expected and still important.

I had an appointment for 9:00 am for a oil change, I didn't receive my car until 10:49 a.m. I had to ask someone then, when would my car be ready. What was the point in me having an appointment? Mark Rhea was the service advisor and was very nonchalance and took him a minute to recognize the person associated with that car. I purchased the car there, but very doubtful that I will be have it service there. When I purchased the car one of the caps was missing on the tire stem, I mention this when I checked in and still don't have one. Had to purchase one from somewhere else. Thumbs down, was not impressed at all.

We were looking around for a new car, but when we got to Dave Edwards, we looked no further. Ronnie Ray made our experience very pleasant. He was very friendly and he seemed to enjoy his job. He let us make up our own mind with no pressure. I will be recommending him to any one looking for a car ,new or used. Thank you Ronnie.

This place has turned into a joke, had an appointment to...

This place has turned into a joke, had an appointment to have my oil changed in my 4 Runner that I had bought there, I was told it was a 2 hour wait, said there was 10 vehicles ahead of me. Remember that I had an appointment. . They do not have good customer service, from now on I'll be going to Toyota of Greer, they know how to provide the best customer service.
