My "EXPERIENCE" was outstanding

Clean showroom and no pressure salesman. Let us use a loaner car and paid for our lunch while we waited for our jeep to have new tires mounted and balanced. Would buy from again .Thank you Dan Demers

Our fourth new Chrysler minivan in 30 years

This was the most painless purchase of all. We shopped three different dealer's inventories online. Each had pretty much the same vehicle available, all at pretty much the same price (this was expected, as they are all dealing from the same deck). However, salesman Bud and manager Scott were especially helpful with processing the factory incentives, assessing our trade-in, and accommodating our tight schedule. We committed to the purchase on one day, and took delivery the next, all within our guidelines. The customer lounge is comfortable, and the coffee is even good! It was well worth driving 45 miles each way from our home, and we will go back for service.

#1 Central Pa. Dealership.

This is the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. I have found the personnel Knowledgable and willing to go out of their way to accommodate their customers. The facility is spotless and the attitude ,on a whole, is positive. Seeing this is my fourth vehicle from this dealership, I have had occasion to deal with their Service department. These ,service personnel are also very professional and proficient. My overall "EXPERIENCE" was outstanding.

So Many Problems!!!

I purchased my 2013 Dodge Dart Limited 1.4 MultiAir Turbo from BZ in December of 2012. The guys in the shop are nice and very friendly, however they were not the problem. I've had issues for the past several months with my sun roof, cruise control, things like that. The guy that sold the car to me didn't know that it required synthetic oil!!!!! Also, there have been issues with the paint on my car that are on the hood and roof of my car. The spots where the paint is chipping away are circular spots that are about 2 mm in diameter and are symmetrical. The guy that deals with the warranty aspect said that they were "environmental" issues and could have been due to "acid rain"!!!! We don't get acid rain in Central PA. He more or less told me that there wasn't anything that they could do about it with the warranty, however there have been countless customers that bought the 2013 Dodge Dart that have had the same issues with the paint and their dealerships had the problem taken care of and acknowledged that it was a problem that the manufacturer was having and had the problem taken care of instead of making their customer seem like they had no idea what they were talking about. Needless to say, I wouldn't go there again.

Outstanding Service!!

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles at BZ Motors and could not be more happy with our visits there. Both our sales representative and the Manager went out of their way to ensure that we had the absolute best experience possible. It's a four hour round trip for us, but more than worth it because we know we will be treated with the utmost care. Our salesman handled everything regarding the purchase over the phone and email and the vehicle was ready to pick up when we arrived. We purchase new vehicles nearly every year and BZ is the only dealership we have found that has this excellence in customer service. We know we can count on them to be fair, honest and assisting! We will not go anywhere else!

Very positive buying experience from afar

I was searching for a Jeep Wrangler, and while I was passing through the town, I noticed some used Wranglers on the lot. After returning home (9 hours away), I looked them up online. I made an inquiry about a specific Wrangler, and they answered my questions. My sales adviser was very polite and even took some extra pictures for me. We worked through the price and evaluated my trade-in efficiently through emails, and when it was time to close the deal, they reserved the Jeep for me until I could make the 9 hour trek to the dealership. Upon arrival, the vehicle was ready for a test drive/inspection, and I was out within 2 hours after completing the paperwork, test drive/inspection and farewells to my trade-in. :)
