We will only go to BZ Motors. We have bought the last 7 vehicles there as a family. We always request the same salesman. He is friendly, takes his time and does what he can. We are very happy with BZ and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Our sales man was not as invested as he could have been. Was left feeling this is the car, Take it or leave it. We spent 27k on a Jeep. I imagine he got a fair commission for the minimal effort involved. I may just be spoiled dealing with smaller lots but was far from wow'ed. I will say our salesman was feeling under the weather and perhaps this played a role. But to walk away from a person in the middle of the purchasing process. To go juggle other customers. I didn't like this there were many other salesman on site with nothing going on at the time. In short if your looking to make a sale with me you need to show me you value my business. The only reason we left with a vehicle was because I was leaving my wife's new car purchase in her hands. I would not have.

This was the easiest,no pressure experience I've had at a dealership to purchase a new vehicle. I contacted the salesman,told him that I had found a vehicle at another location. We made a deal and they went and got the truck with no problems. They beat another ram dealers price by 1200.00. Also found me an additional 1000.00 rebate.

I can't say enough good things about bz motors, from purchasing a car to the express lane to the service dept. Everyone I have every dealt with within the business has been nothing but polite, professional and understanding. Never feel any pressure in any dept and when trading in a car I had only purchased from there a year before to get something with four wheel drive, they went above and beyond but at no point did i ever feel like I was being pushed to buy anything. And I have had nothing but great experiences with their service and express service staff as well. I really hope that everyone there realizes how their personalities and politeness really can make an expensive, not so pleasant matter, a lot more bearable. thank you all

We will only go to BZ motors for now on when looking to purchase a vehicle. Started by requesting a BZ quote online and got in contact with Elaine. She was awesome from beginning to end with our purchase and was more then willing to help any way she could.

Bz motors is a great dealership I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used car to go to bz first and you will see what I mean. .very friendly and helpful and professional service and staff

Then Elaine took care of me from there. She was amazing in that she handled everything for me, even the financing so I did not have to see several different people. I appreciated that since I had already driven 2 hours to get there. Elaine is a very pleasant sales person to work with. I recommend her. She let me spend time with the car and test drive it twice to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I also wanted to add how great Tom from service was the next day when I had a service question about my new Jeep the next day. The staff at BZ Motors gave us the best experience we have ever received when purchasing a new vehicle. We drove 2 hours to buy a car from them, and will buy the next one there too! We've purchased many vehicles over the years and BZ Motors has the best staff by far!! They even gave us an oven mit!

Second time I have purchased with this dealership. Staff are friendly and professional. They were able to get me in the vehicle I wanted.
