Went in Saturday to sell my car.

Went in Saturday to sell my car. They had me sign docs and took my car then came back and said they couldnt print the check and refused to give me confirmation my loan was paid. Was promised monday i would get my check. Monday came no check just excuses! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE they basically stole my car

They work hard to make things right.

They work hard to make things right. I came down from Minnesota to look at a vehicle and when I got there they had some miscommunication and were not prepared for my arrival. But sales manager Peter Pasiakos went above and beyond to make things right and take care of any concerns I had. Peter is very good at his job and it is a comfort to work with a professional that puts his customers first!

Difficult, frustrating, and dishonest

Terrible buying experience..difficult to get answers to questions, took 29 hours and multiple calls to even get confirmation that they received my wired payment. More days and calls to confirm pickup by shipper. Car arrived completely UNPREPARED, with NO temporary tags, NO temporary registration, NO second key, and NO gas... the shipper driver had to help PUSH the car to the gas pump so that I could fill up to drive home illegally with no tags or registration. This a a crap way to treat a customer who just paid cash for a high end car. Also, there was a large chip in the middle of the driver side windshield that was present BEFORE the shipper picked up (photo documented) that was NOT repaired by dealer and was NOT disclosed to me prior to purchase.

Never made it to the dealership.

Never made it to the dealership. Started with an online search, and was inundated with emails, repeat emails, lack of responses to MY requests, etc, etc. To many different people involved. Gave up and withdrew, then subsequently found my vehicle at another location.
