Great purchase at Philpott!!!!!!
We purchased a 2016 F-150 Lariat. Raychel Ray was our sales person. She was very knowledgeable on every truck we looked at. I would recommend Raychel to anyone who visited the lot for a new vehicle. We had a great experience at Philpott Ford and would go back again.

Recent purchase
It was time for a new vehicle and I made a call to one of your salespersons that I have known for a while. The Salesperson was very courteous and helpful. The truck that I wanted was located and made ready for me the next day. The finance person was very helpful and helped me obtain what I needed. The truck is great.

Promises the moon, delivers average
Bought a certified 4Runner - very nice vehicle. Typical buying process - many courtesies accompanied by many requests for glittering reviews, always stressing that anything less than "completely satisfied" doesn't meet the dealer's standards . Ended up that the car did not have an important (to me) convenience feature listed as included - automatic headlights. Found this out while reviewing the owner's manual to figure out how to make them work. They don't work because the vehicle doesn't have them, although the listing advertises them as included. Responded to dealership request for a good review by pointing out the listing issue. Mark (salesman) responded by email saying "I feel your anger" (not kidding). When I asked if that was it - no solution available or offered, he suggested I note this in my review. Done. Really nice vehicle that will irritate me every time I put the key in the ignition.

Will not get another truck until I am 95 years old
