This was my first time buying a car.

This was my first time buying a car. I am a single young female. I did not feel I was taken seriously when looking at cars. I had a lot of questions about the buying process and I did not get a lot of help or insight from my sales associate. I felt very “on my own”. I’m not sure if it was because I was buying a used car but a customer is still a customer. When I got the car off the lot I noticed dings, scratches, a loose plastic wheel well and a broken tail light that were not disclosed on the paperwork. They agreed the broken tail light had been there before purchase and thankfully agreed to fix it. Marshal the financial person was great, patient, and knowledgeable. The day I bought my car I came back in the evening to get some help with clearing out the previous owners information in the electronics and connecting my phone. Zack was very helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable while doing this. He showed me features of the car and how to use them. He also showed me how to use the autostart and connect the Volkswagen App. Overall my experience buying the vehicle was “okay”.
