Valley Imports has great vehicles and great people. From beginning to end the customer service is immediate and thorough. Robbie Seaman was very personable and a constant Source of helpful information and, he knows his vehicles well! Marshall in finance was also personable, respectful of my concerns and very pleasant to work with. Though I’ve only bought two lesser priced, pre-owned vehicles at Valley Imports, both times, I was treated as if I was buying a brand new Mercedes! I love my new (to me) Tiguan and have great confidence in it, because I have confidence in Valley Imports. Gordy Brustead was my first introduction to Valley Imports, he set the standard and , the reason I went back. Gordy has since retired, but Valley Imports continues in his manner of customer service. Check them out, I think you’ll be glad . Oh and one more great thing…..no typical 3 hour vehicle purchase games!
