Valley Imports made a call to vally imports and was directed to Jerry Meier the sales manager. We discussed the 2024 the 911Carrera GTS . We agreed on terms and price and i purchased on the spot and we immediately started the process of the purchase . Jerry was kind throughout the purchase . I agreed to buy the ceramic coating and PPF film protection and he agreed to throw in the black cover . The financing was approved the next day . From there it was evident that they were stalling the sale . I told the dealer i was going to have the car shipped and it had to be enclosed they agreed to ship it to my house in seattle . After papers were signed they gave me a date for shipment but the person that they said was reliable did not show up . After the second week the car shipped out we discussed that it had to be delivered in daylight hours this did not happen the driver called and delivered car to my house in dark. when enclosed driver opened the back gate i noticed that there was dirt and dust covering my GTS and the drivers side window was wide open letting all that dirt into my new car. He backed it out and insisted on spraying it off and pointed out that the windshield was damaged and needed replacing . I called Jerry the next day and asked about why he hired a enclosed trailer that had damage to the back door and let dust and dirt into and on top of my brand new GTS . Jerry attitude started changing he said just vacuum it out and try to get a bid on the windshield. I then took the car to a porshe dealer near my house they found a spot on hood where the PPH was not adhering on the hood and right fender and said they needed to replace the front windshield . I asked them to detail the car that had less than 40 miles on it . I called Jerry and asked him to pay for this it was 800.00 dollars to detail i also asked where was my cover that he agreed to throw in , he said it was in front storage so i opened and looked and found a old used dirty cover that was blue . I asked him to send me the one that was discussed and he said we will work it out . I called Jerry for a week and no luck so i went up ladder to customer service manager her name was Kristan . After a week of calling her she said they were not sending a new cover , they wanted me to get bids on windshield and PPH and they would not pay for dust removal and detail. I paid 2500.00 dollars for PPH they said they would send a check for 650.00 dollars ( still have not received ). I would never purchase a high end car from Valley Imports .

Outstanding Experience at Valley Imports—Twice! This is my second time purchasing a Volkswagen Tiguan from Valley Imports, and there’s a reason I returned.
