This was our first time shopping for a used car at a car lot! They made it a very easy process, and we left with a car we absolutely love!! I would absolutely come back for my next car purchase

If you are purchasing a Mercedes from here you need to know that not all all wheel drive is the same. Make sure you know what you are getting when you purchase a vehicle here. I purchased a 2024 Mercedes gls 450 and found that at around 30 mph it turns into a rear wheel drive. This means it handles awe fully on ice. When I came in to see what was wrong they said maybe putting studded tires on would help. I drive on a lot of ice being from N.D. and have put studded tires on since they invented all season radial tires. Good luck

My husband and I drove from south central MN to buy a Telluride from Valley Imports. The day I inquired about the Telluride, Zach sent me a text and we regularly corresponded until we could make the 3 and 1/2 hour drive there. Zach was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions even though Valley Imports isn't a Kia dealership. When we arrived, the Telluride was at the door all warmed up so we could take it for a test drive. We worked with Marshal for financing. He too was very knowledgeable and able to explain all our warranty options. We also enjoyed lots of laughs which made for such a pleasant experience! We highly recommend Zach and Marshal at Valley Imports!

Very helpful. But need to make sure all fobs belong to right vehicle. Haha. Luckily I thought it was a dead battery and didn't drive 4 hours home

I reached out concerning a vehicle listed on the website and they promptly answered my questions. We set up a test drive and they had the vehicle ready to roll! I loved it and we were able to move forward quickly with the trade in of my vehicle and purchase of the new one. Everyone we met was friendly and straightforward. There was a follow up email sent a few days after the purchase They were thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. Made the process easy!

I had my car at Valley Imports for warranty work. When I picked it up from there, I noticed the leather on the driver seat had been damaged. I notified the service advisor about the damage and the grease that was all over the inside of the car. He assured me that the damage would be taken care of and that someone would contact me the following week. No one ever contacted me until I contacted Mercedes-Benz. Then the service manager blatantly lied to Mercedes-Benz stating that they didn't damage the leather and aren't going to do anything about it. Don't trust Valley Imports with your vehicle. If you have to use their service department, make sure to take pictures of your vehicle when you drop it off! Don't make the same mistake I did! It's really sad that their customer service has fallen this far. Also, don't trust their review rating on Facebook. They block most users who leave negative reviews.

This dealership was so wonderfully kind and was very good at communicating everything they needed from me. Zach is an amazing great hearted person. My whole experience with buying a vehicle from Valley Imports was outstanding.I have definitely sharing my wonderful experience with family and friends to go there when they are wanting to buy a new vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else. It was that great. I normally don't put in reviews but this one is too good not to share how amazingly wonderful everyone was.
