Everyone at the service center was great! Was greeted and welcomed, and service was excellent. The young lady that helped us was constantly keeping us updated on service.

Alderson Mercedes not only offers a fleet of superior vehicles, it’s their Service Department that stands head and shoulders above the rest of the crowd. Kristen Baker shows genuine care and concern for every question or issue I’ve ever had with my vehicle. Besides a team of service experts and having a loaner car available, Mr Smiley (who escorts me to my car) is the most delightful employee and a real asset to their team!

Isaac Espinosa provided excellent diagnosis and repair of my Mercedes. Provided excellent feedback on repair prognosis. Loaner Mercedes much appreciated, as well as the courtesy wash.

Initially a good purchase experience; however, radio silence when I inquired about what the dealership could do about a $450 oil change required 2 days after purchase due to them over filling the oil. Soured the entire experience. Quality of work rating is related to faulty oil change. Other than completely ignoring my post sale inquiry, sales person did a good job.

As we enter the dealership, we were greeted by Frank Aranda with a smile. He ushered us around the well set show room. The other employees that were present were very courteous including the managers Mr Fox & Mike .

My experience with Alderson European Motors Midland has been phenomenal. I live out of state and didn't have much luck finding the MB I wanted local. After much research I found Alderson. From the initial conversation with Ariel Nunez to her manager, Kathy Vazquez, I knew it was the perfect match. They were able to find the car of my dreams, work with my numbers and deliver with such grace, knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Alderson European Motors.

I just wanted to say I’m very happy and pleased with the customer service we always get here at Mercedez. Arthur Montoya always makes sure to lead us in the right directions with our vehicles when it comes up to getting certain things done. He never disappoints. We always get great customer service here from everyone else as well, from the minute we pull up. Mercedes is the place to be to be taken care of correctly. Oh and did I mention, their the fastest too. Always in and out. And if for some reason we have to wait for parts. It’s always still done within the same week. Love it here at Alderson Mercedez.
