Grand Junction Volkswagen

We were driving through and experienced some car problems, so we drove to VW to have things checked out. Eric in the service department went above and beyond to help get our car fixed in a timely manner as well as dealing with a parts warranty issues. I almost wish we lived in Grand Junction just so we had a mechanic we could trust. He deserves a raise!

Suffered tire damage to two right sided tires after striking a rolling small Boulder in Gateway Canyon. Gingerly remained on the "doughnut" spare and made it to GJ-VW. GaryGoaglund in service was very helpful, thorough and patient. Since Blizzaks weren't available anywhere in GJ we had to have 4 new Michelin snowbirds mounted at Big O. Gary and his service depth are top notch.

Logan is the best sales associate I’ve ever had! I Highly recommend this amazing store.

As with my previous visits to Grand Junction VW, Gary was helpful and explained clearly what needed to be done, why and how much it would cost.

The GJ VW employees are all great! I?ve never had even a mediocre experience at this dealership.

Everyone is very nice and professional. Just wish repairs were not so pricey (but that’s everywhere).

We have bought from these guys before with no problems but this time they added 700 dollars for a product we didn't want. Will never again buy from them.

In July 2023, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. They told me the vehicle was inspected. Shortly after I took possession of the vehicle, I had to bring in to have repairs on the cooling system for the vehicle as well as the AC. After spending more than $600 on repairs, I discovered that there is a significant oil leak. I have called the dealership 3 times and have not been called back. DO NOT buy a car from these people.

Do not buy a car from this dealership. They will steal your hard earned money and add things to your paperwork in sneaky ways. Shame on you volkwagon of grand junction, co.

Kinda bummed. I was really excited to put a $1,000 deposit down on a Golf R with a manual transmission a couple weeks ago. Last Wednesday I found out I was going to need surgery on my left foot and would be unable to drive a clutch for an extended period of time. I approached the salespeople at GJ Volkswagen to see if it was possible to get my $1,000 back. Had they apologized and politely told me "No", that would have been understandable. However, the sales manager called me and BERATED me, trying to make me feel guilty for being seen at the Subaru dealer talking to a salesperson about a WRX with an automatic transmission! The VW Mark 8 Golf R is incredibly popular and this dealership is charging quite a bit over MSRP for the privilege to own one, so I know they aren't losing money on this car. Thanks to this experience, I am glad called Subaru after talking to the mean dude at Volkswagen and got a WRX GT on the way. Not only does Grand Junction Subaru NOT charge over MSRP or talk to you like garbage, they can get you the car you want with whatever you want in it in almost no time. Shame on me for thinking any company other than Subaru could come through for me when I needed them. I guess I'll kiss the $1,000 I put down at Grand Junction Volkswagen goodbye and chalk it up to an expensive lesson in modern day commerce. Fahrvergnügen my eye.
