They are thoughtful, they are helpful, and they are 100% professional. I am a high maintenance customer! I tend to be anxious, and too many of the places I have tried don’t have the patience for someone like me. their timelines are consistent with their promises, their work is as dependable as their people are professional, accommodating, and caring. This is the fourth Hyundai dealership I have patronized for service for my 2016 Sonata. They are head and shoulders above the others. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Oscar, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful and guided me seamlessly through the warranty claim process after my engine failed on Monday. Thanks to his efficiency and professionalism, my car was repaired and ready by Thursday. I truly appreciate how quickly and smoothly everything was handled.
