Logan at Jake Sweeney was the best!

Logan at Jake Sweeney was the best! He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He was very helpful and spent time explaining and answering my questions. My whole car buying experience was easy. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go to Jake Sweeney in Lebanon.

A good fit for us, after we caught another dealer quoting

A good fit for us, after we caught another dealer quoting a price above their own on-line posting and inflating prices for accessories and then "discounting" them to "put money in our pocket." Brian was easy to work with, and honest.

Very unprofessional liars

I just walked out of this dealer after spending 20 seconds in the building. Beware of their prices. They are liars. The Escalade I was looking at is listed at 100K. When I arrived it was actually listed at 120K. This was even after taking to the salesman on the phone who was not truthful to me about the price. Stay away from them.

Pitiful very unprofessional start to out the door never buy there again will probably look for a more professional Cadillac dealer

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a 2017 Buick and within 1 month it was in the shop. First they said it was the turbo that needed fixed. Then my car almost died on me on Columbus Road. Black smoke coming out the back and no acceleration. Learned then that the engine blew. My ex-husband who referred me to this place said it was human error. There was no oil in the car so the engine blew. It’s now 2 months later and still no engine or car. Requested to have another car but they are saying there aren’t any banks that will work with me which is xx because I have 7 offers on the table but I have to ditch the Buick first because I can’t afford 2 car payments. Although Chris and Troy could not make anything happen, Joe Wise has been very kind. My only option is to wait for an engine that nobody knows when it will come and still paying the car payment. How do you not know to check oil before selling a car??? Unreal.

Do not buy

DON'T purchase a used vehicle from JAKE SWEENEY.

Transmission failed on a used vehicle with 94k miles I purchased in late May. $5,200 repair and no customer concessions or support for the products they sell. No I didn't purchase their overpriced warranty which was my mistake but I also don't expect a catastrophic failure after less than 1500 miles on a vehicle I drive my kids to daycare and to work a few times a week. The sales manager shrugged and told me sorry there isn't any room left in the deal. Will update if something is done to make it right.

Bought great car from jake Sweeney Lebanon ohio

Met Ron Morris (salesman)explained my trade,expectations ,needs and payment needs!!he took me to his pick for my needs,wow great rate and automobile!!Ron great guy salesman and no pressure approach,ty very much!!entire experience from sales to finance was great!!
