The listened to what I had to tell them about my problem. I even took them on a ride so they could feel the shaking in the car at certain speeds. Upon returning to the dealership, they ask that I leave the car there so they can check it out further. The service manager that went on the ride with me knew right away what the problem was. I left the car there and they called me when it was done. I was very pleased show they handled this problem with my automobile. Again thanks to the service dept., the service manager, the shop floor Forman and those that worked on my car. I will continue to do business with Jake Sweeney. Thanks to all who were involved if I missed anyone. Thanks!!

Vehicle was brought in for engine noise. Dealer said it needed new engine and wouldn’t be worth to do the oil change. Oil level was at 2 out of 6 quarts which dealer didn’t check or describe to me. No basic service was provided to attempt to keep vehicle in a running condition.

It was a very friendly greeting, when I arrived. They were ready for me with the paperwork and the work was completed very efficiently.
