Dealership will not accept price listed cars.com

Was contacted by sales person and he stated the new car was $2000 more than the cars.com price and then told me that Lewisville Nissan had canceled their contract with cars.com. I guess all these reviews are correct , I won't be visiting this dealership.

I , personally ,had a good buying experience with Breana....

I , personally ,had a good buying experience with Breana. I did need to wait awhile to finish paperwork etc.. they could streamline that process. If you go there ask for Bre!

No credibility of their posted prices.

They post prices well below market and then they will try to get you to the dealership and won’t tell u a final price until then. Dodgy and tricky.

really the seller a very good person but his manager Mr. Nizar an arrogant person who tried to humiliate me with a superior attitude telling me that if I could not pay that then I will buy cheaper that is like if you want a Rolex watch, you pay it if you don't have money So that you really see the worst experience I have had the next day I went to another Nissan dealer and there I bought a more expensive car but with excellent attention I really don't know how they have that person there, they do not know how to serve a customer

Do not believe their deals found in websites

Sales people insisted me to visit their showroom based on the deal in auto trader website. When I visited the showroom, they quoted price far away from deal. Forget about the deal, its not even a reasonable price for the car. They make false claims over phone just to get you into showroom. Its complete waste of time and effort.

Horrible customer service

I would not step a foot again inside that dealership again or send any friends or family over there . I have purchased 5 cars since we moved in to Texas but apparently it was AutoNation but not it’s a private owner . I sent my wife and daughter to look for a car last week , they were treated so bad by a manager named Nizar who basically told them this is the price take it or pretty much leave it , not to mention how he was just wrecking of alcohol smell , I mean what manager or owner allows their employees to drink while at work , please if you go there and this guy comes out to talk to you as a manager keep your guards up .

great prices for my model

Ash was very professional, polite and easy to work with. A younger man, but he was genuinely interested in getting a fair deal together. Which we accomplished. Not sure how people all have bad reviews when Google has a 4 star with 1500 reviews

Fake Advertisement in cars.com

Asked for 2k more than advertised. Not sure why they advertise in website. They say they can’t honor it period. Never will go there.

I do not recommend this dealership and would not buy here...

I do not recommend this dealership and would not buy here again. Dealer engaged in borderline fraudulent tactics and would not remove add-ons from price (things like window tint, wheel locks, GPS tracking), but then delivered the car without the add-ons they'd implied were already installed. It took 8 months for me to finally resolve the last remaining issue after many many attempts on my part and no initiative by dealer. Customer care is not a priority here. Take your business elsewhere.

dishonest pricing, unprofessional salesman

Tried to buy a car at the price listed, but was eventually told by the salesman that they list their cars at lower prices that competitors with no intent to sell it there. They wanted my car as trade in and added on Connected and Protected package for $1895. Salesman didn’t call me back on multiple occasions and twice told me others were looking at it and he would let me know if it didn’t sell. By far the worst used car shopping experience I have ever had with a dealership.
