When I take my car in for service it usually takes 4

When I take my car in for service it usually takes 4 hours to get it out. I took two cars in yesterday at different time and got each out in about an hour and a half.

I have bought 2 vehicles from them and referred two of my friends that also bought from them. What I like the most is my Service Adviser Oscar Alas who is very professional and dependable.

We purchased our 2019 Nissan Murano at this dealership and have only had it serviced in the past six years here. Always have courteous and excellent service advisors and technicians! Every service manager we have ever worked with has been great.

We have been bringing our Nissan to this location for service for about 5 to 6 years. We are always pleased with the service and how we are treated. I was helped with Oscar this last time, and have had him several times before. Oscar is very customer service oriented and a pleasure to work with. The service department is “grade A”.

The people were very professional and very friendly.

The people were very professional and very friendly. Everything was done you said it was going to be done. I drove up and was immediately greeted and they mainly knew who I was and the part had already been ordered and they double-checked on that again with the service department and showed me the waiting room and told me beforehand how long it would take. Plus they have a great shuttle service which I didn't use but I think more people should know about this. So from beginning to end a remarkable experience. And I can tell you that my other family members who go to Chevrolet and Ford have horrible experiences

I went in to Clay Cooley Nissan just to test drive a

I went in to Clay Cooley Nissan just to test drive a couple vehicles. My sales guy Xriston was so great! . No pressure, no fast talk, just a great guy who answered my questions patiently and treated me like a friend. The entire process was smooth and easy. I have ALREADY recommended Clay Cooley to one of my church sisters. After visiting quite a few other dealerships I can definitely say Clay Cooley is the way to go!
