Stay far away
Unethical sales practices, adding thousands to their website advertised pricing in worthless add-ons that they claim are already installed on their cars. One of the sales managers that dealt with us was not wearing a mask. I wouldn't buy from them even when they offered to drop the price and magically remove all add-ons that they lied claiming they are already installed. Can you imagine how the after sale service will be! My mistake was not checking the reviews before visiting that dealership. Waste of time.

The salesman would not even try to work with me. Every person they sent was to get even more and more bang for their buck.

This dealership is sketch. I was working with a salesman by the name of danny he ran my credit I was already or approved through capital one. He claimed the cost of the car online is different from what was advertised. Saying the warranty is separate and I can’t not get the warranty. Which is the shadiest sketchiest xxxx I ever heard in my life.

Worst sales and service repair experience: 1. refused to honor price quoted on internet 2. struggled for 4 weeks to get them to fix pre-existing issue on warranty 3. after 4 weeks finally got issue to be fixed on warranty, but got zero feedback on status of repair unless i initiated call. if you don't call or email multiple times, no one calls you back and no one responds to you. 4. as of now going into 6th week, still don't know if car is ready has been fixed or not Recommend: stay away from this dealership if you can. If there was a way to give a negative rating i would have

Bad Customer Service
Terrible Customer service. Had a deal done, and sat for 3 hours and increased price last minute and would not honor their original price. They lied to our face about price and wasted time. Would never go here again. They need to educate their sales reps to be competent in conversations and know what is detailed in the bottom line number.

Wasted my time there.
They don’t honor their prices they initially give you. I was $1000 away from making a deal on price I was quoted but ended up leaving in disgust. Will never step foot back in that dealership.

I give a negative rating!!! Why are all these car dealers so hard to deal with. Their customer service are the worst to deal with. When you go there to buy a car they'll talk to you as if no one else matters and you are their best buddy. The moment you walk out of the showroom and call for any service they true colors pop up. Same issue with the Nissan of Lewisville location. Beware!!!! If I were you and had self respect I wouldn't go there. In short, they treat you like xxxx and they cheat you on your money and are not are not true on their words!! They don't even know what their managers write in their system and they will deny it. So if you are smart enough you'll consider this review and look out for yourself.

On the sale, the guy representing himself as the Internet...
On the sale, the guy representing himself as the Internet Manager (Frederick Robinson) tried to lie and beat me out of $1000 over their own price posted on their own web site. I originally spoke with a new guy named Misael who was friendly. Not sure why I was handed over to Mr. Robinson. Misael was capable of handling this very simple deal. I made them a fair offer from the onset, one that they ended up taking, but not without Mr. Robinson trying to beat me out of an extra thousand dollars. After the sale, the service department hasn't been much better. I bought a Leaf from this dealership when it was AutoNation and it was a nice experience. This time was much different. Their salespeople don't wear masks in the showroom during a pandemic. I insisted that we do my paperwork outside for that reason. We eventually went back in and they all glared at me because they had apparently been scolded. It made me feel like I wasn't welcome there. This was a terrible experience all together. It is a shame how far a dealership can fall in just a few years.

After contacting a different dealership that we had...
After contacting a different dealership that we had already done business with twice, and finding that they weren’t really interested in helping us, my husband and I contacted Alisha at Nissan of Lewisville. We told her what we wanted, how much we wanted to pay each month, and our concerns about coming into the dealership because of COVID-19. Alisha, Tori, and Nizar went to work right away to get us exactly what we wanted as seamless as possible. We got more than we expected for our trade-ins, the monthly payment we wanted, and a great vehicle that will accommodate our family for years. I was able to do almost everything over the phone and through email until we were ready to come in. Once we got there, Alisha and Tori greeted us while wearing masks and maintaining a distance. The dealership was clean and sanitized, which helped alleviate our fears of purchasing a vehicle during a pandemic. On top of that, everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time. Nissan of Lewisville has earned our business for life! If you want a great deal with excellent customer service, call Alisha at Nissan of Lewisville. You won’t be disappointed!
