The business practices of the dealership is not morally or ethnically right. Having a disabled girl walking around the whole lot knowing she’s paying in cash and waiting till the next day to tell her they are only selling cars to people who finance.

Daniel Dunham provided excellent service in my pursuit finding a vehicle as a first time buyer. He was extremely knowledgeable and taught me things I never even considered or knew. His service was impeccable and concise and played no games and wasted no time. I received my car the same day I went in within a couple hours. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone trying to purchase a vehicle.

I spoke a manager yesterday about a 2021 demo for sale. I also inquired about putting some of my trade in value on a car and receiving the balance in check or cash. I call spoke to sales today. He was very nice . I got there he was brand new. I couldn't get my questions answered. They actually took keys to test drive my car. Then I sit in office for quite some time. The sales man and manager take off. Still don't have my car keys. I was told that it would take days before I get my check for balance of my trade in. That's not what I was told the day before. I finally got car keys. Then another person comes in and couldn't understand why I thought not getting my full balance at the time of closing the deal and having to wait a few days for 3500.00 wasn't a bit shady. I really felt like this was absolutely shady.

What a difference a dealership makes. After receiving 1970 treatment at a competitor we arrived at Nissan of Lewisville. Greeted by Rashaud Johnson who was only in his 2nd day. His huge smile and welcome was fantastic. We then met our sales person "Spencer" Rochean Spencer, now this is who you want to buy a car from. No nonsense and no million trips back to the boss. AMAZING! His professionalism was fantastic and I will recommend him to all my friends. Finished up with Daniel Farmen in Finance, who too was amazing. Not only knowledgeable but took the time to tell us about the after purchase options. All in all a GREAT experience.

Was next door at another dealership and something said...
Was next door at another dealership and something said walk over to Nissan....great decision!! I met my sales guy Spencer and all else is history, me and my Nissan Rouge are one at the wheel. Never had a salesperson to be so professional and show me how to use the features and be so knowledgeable about what they are selling. I've told so many people about my experience and can't wait for my holiday road trip in December!
