Absolute xxxx for the past three and a half months!

Absolute xxxx for the past three and a half months! My husband purchased a new truck on August 2, 2022, and used my leased vehicle as a trade in. The problems started when my car was never paid off, and unbeknownst to me, I received (and I’m still receiving) daily phone calls regarding missed payments. Multiple phone calls and visits to Lewisville Nissan dealership to speak to Rafe, the finance manager, and Greg and Shane, GM, and my car is still NOT paid off! In essence, Nissan of Lewisville, has stolen my car! On November 19, I had had enough. I called Rafe and told him I would be down in person within the hour. I requested a check be made out to me in its entirety, and I would take care of paying off my car. Rafe agreed and told me they were “cutting a check”. I show up, only to be told by Greg that they can’t give me the check as Shane is on vacation and there’s nobody there to sign. I have every text conversation with Rafe assuring me back in September, again in October, and now November that this was being taken care of. We have been MORE than patient with this entire ordeal. It’s exhausting to be blatantly lied to over the course of almost four months with no resolve.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Spencer was so kind and helpful through the whole car buying process. I was there with my toddler and he was so patient with here which I greatly appreciate! He genuinely wanted to help our family find a car and a great deal! He even went above and beyond after the purchase by sending us cookies as a thank you. We will be purchasing our next vehicle with him when the time comes!

O my goodness Dealership clean, everyone so professional, not sales driven but more like hey friend hey family ...what are you looking for? Spencer was the mistake helpful, literally asking all the right questions and letting me give feedback in a real conversation. Great job. Yall need 10 more guys like Spencer.
