By far the rudest sales of any dealer I ever encountered.

By far the rudest sales of any dealer I ever encountered. I wanted to be contact by email. Not being called 5 times a day by someone who I can not understand and demands me to come to the dealership and buy a car. Who does that? I'll come to buy a vehicle when I'm ready all I'm doing is getting information. And allowing such a bad sales person to harass someone it shouldn't be tolerated. Therefore I'm not doing any type of business with Nissan of Lewisville. To me it seems Clay cooley don't care about people. Fortunately there's other dealership who can help get my question answered in a professional manner.

Dropped by there and thought we were going to buy 2 cars…

Dropped by there and thought we were going to buy 2 cars… 2.5 hours later we walked out with 0!! Dealership added $4,0000 to the price for DEFAULT add-one/extras. These options are NORMALLY OPTIONAL at other places!! The sales rep said there was nothing they could do. Yes there is, they could have been transparent upfront and not waste my time. Additionally, we were eventually told that we could not use our own financing and STILL get the ‘favorable’ deal they were presenting. If we used our financing, the numbers went UP! all of a sudden. Disappointing!!

Never buying here again

If you own a Nissan and need service this is a fine place. If you are looking to buy don’t bother. If you need anything from finance don’t call. They NEVER pic up the phone and send you to a full mailbox. Been like that for weeks now. All times of the day during the week. Management will not return phone calls. Been trying to get money that was refunded to them that they were supposed to send out to me. Over a month ago when I paid off the car. Have documents from the bank that they got the money. But no one will call me back or tell me how long it should even take. They answer no questions. I’m thinking they never expect repeat customers so once you buy a car they don’t wanna help anymore. Doing a bang up job. I gave 5 stars for quality of work because the service department always did great work.

I purchased a car here a little over a year ago.

I purchased a car here a little over a year ago. Things went like a typical vehicle purchase. Everyone super nice till the survey is filled out. The service department was alway great. Lucky I only had to go a couple of times. Now the car is paid off. One of the “add-on” purchases was GAP. Once paid off the bank informed me that I was owed the balance of that. The bank credits the dealer and the dealership sends me the check. I called around, seems pretty standard. Couple weeks later I call Nissan Lewisville and inquire about my money. Transfer to finance. Makes since. But no one picks up and mailbox is full. Ok. Odd mid day during the week but whatever. I call couple days later, same thing. Call right back and explain again to the receptionist and ask not to be transferred. She makes a note and I actually get a call back from someone claiming to be the GM or assistant GM, one of those. He says he will look into it and call me back. As it was a Friday it may not be till Monday or Tuesday when he gets a answer. Fair enough. That was over a week ago. I have called couple more times since then and nothing. We go through cars a lot and deal all over Frisco, prosper and Lewisville but we will never go back to this location again if this is the way they treat customers after the purchase. How you expect repeat business?

a minute ago NEW Do not waste your time! I went there to purchase a car for my mom, list price $22k. When it came time to make an offer/contract they added $4,500.00 to the price! The sales rep said there was nothing they could do. Yes there is, they could have been transparent upfront and not waste my time!

Nissan Breaks Promises

I completed a transaction with NISSAN USA, Clay Cooley & Nissan of Lewisville this past weekend and have learned that Nissan USA breaks promises. I have made few trips, called and addressed my concerns with the General Sales Manager but the issue is still NOT resolved. They are sweet and can be the best Santa with their sales gimmick to complete a deal, but when there is a concern they will kick the can down the street from one individual to another by promising you the moon all the while never intending to keep the promise. Their is NO accountability at all and Nissan USA does not value customers. In this season of joy, their sales managers are the Grinch. If there is a concern after the sales and if the sales manager promises a solution to retain you as a satisfied customer beware its a promise they never intend to keep. I am of the opinion that people who represent a company should be trustworthy and never make vain promises.

SHADY DEALING

Came in with the intention of buying a new car but wanted to see a specific model and color. They did not have one on site. The sales associate told me that he could have “any car I wanted brought to that dealership” and would have it on site by Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and went with no car on site. Then today,Friday, they send me a text that the manager is going to call me. Why I don’t know. After a few text back and forth the manager calls me and wants me to sign some kind of contract so they can “buy the car” from their sister store. I laughed and hung up. Then they send me some sort of credit app to get the ball rolling. Keep in mind I have not committed to buying a car from them. Maybe it’s their first week working there but that’s not how to do business. It’s unfortunate because I had a great experience with the salesman that I bought our first Nissan from. To make the long story longer, it’s likely that they lost our business by just acting shady.
