John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Sanford

They have called me wanting to purchase my Jeep Gladiator but still haven’t fixed a recall a year later. Their management has switched so many times the new one doesn’t have a dang good chance to help customer.

There service is horrible. It’s my 3rd time for the same problem. Waiting room has nothing to keep you distracted no TV.

Outstanding service from the moment I arrived. Complete oil and filter change and tire rotation in approx. 30 minutes. Young lady who was my contact person was so nice, pleasant and efficient.
