My experience buying my Jeep was wonderful, HOWEVER, I

My experience buying my Jeep was wonderful, HOWEVER, I recently took my Jeep in with damage that was missed by the body shop that repaired my Jeep due to an accident. They were aware it was to be paid for my someone else's insurance. They were unable to take pictures, but did not call an adjuster from State Farm to approve the repair, they just fixed it....without approval. I was totally unaware of the inability to take pictures or that an adjuster was needed, their speciality, not mine. Without knowing any critical information, after having the car two days, calling and telling me it was ready; I arrived, PAID out of my pocket, around 1500.00 dollars and left. It wasn't until a week or so later I began to find out there were no pictures, no adjuster. All I was told my John Hiester was that pictures were not taken, it took them a couple of weeks to tell me that they were unable to take pictures, still no mention of "was supposed to call an adjuster". A different person takes over talking to me who eventually tells me that "John Hiester would not be reimbursing me because I approved and paid for the repairs". No ownership or professionalism at all. I have had to retain an attorney to have my payment reimbursed.

I have bought 5 vehicles from them in the last 3 years

I have bought 5 vehicles from them in the last 3 years for me and my family and never delt with the same person the personal turnaround there is crazy this last experience was the worst I don’t believe I will be going back there or telling anyone else to go there
