I want to start this review by saying there wasn’t a completely bad experience. It’s more about what happened after that has my wife and I not happy. We were recommended by another dealership to bring our car in for service. The tech was a master certified tech for our vehicle make and came highly recommended. This process started out with us talking with Matt. Matt is the service manager. We arranged to bring the car in knowing we wouldn’t have a loaner but we understood that our warranty company would handle a portion. Eriel our service advisor was outstanding from the get go and through the process. Great communication, very helpful with any information etc. Outstanding person and 5 stars for her. We knew the engine needed replacement. Hit a snag waiting on a part no worries. By now we had a loaner from Shae and it was fine. Part came in and we picked up the car. We made it down linden road and not even to Miller road before turning around due to a check engine light. Again young man who helped us was great. Gave us the loaner back and said the tech would check on Monday (it was a Friday late). Found out a bad sensor no worries. Well then this is where is started to get a little bumpy. We were advised the part was being replaced. But not advised we need to start a new warranty claim and that meant another $250.00 deductible. We also were still waiting to hear when we would be reimbursed for the rental car. Seeing as our warranty company handles this we were also told Shae would handle this. So I spoke with Matt. We refused to pay a second deductible when we had the car less than 15 minutes before needing to return it for further work. We have had an issue now since picking it up where the fuel gauge will read zero and just drop. Which is fine if you just filled up but a little worrisome if you’re not sure how much you had. We also have another check engine light on AGAIN. This car had been extremely reliable. Up until for whatever reason the engine failed. It had treacle’s to Newyork, Kentucky and all over Michigan. So calling today to work something out. Matt mentioned they had no loaners and there would be 13 or so people ahead of us. Offered to have us bring it in and wait a couple hours while they looked it over etc. So let me get this straight. You replaced the motor and did some extremely major work. We have had now two check engine lights and now some weird fuel issue. Somehow that’s not the service department’s problem. Pull a car off the lot idc if it’s used. Just fix the car correctly like it should have been done the first time. Not only has Matt been anything but helpful. He can be quite rude on the phone with an IDC attitude. We weren’t even offered to be put on said list of loaners. Let alone given one. This is by far ridiculous. We just want the car fixed. Seems something like this should take precedence over some list. While I understand a list and families in front. We are a returning customer with a continuing issue. If that doesn’t warrant some change in circumstances and a need to find a way to make it happen. I’m not sure what does. As I stated. The whole experience wasn’t awful. Our service advisor and her colleagues other than management have been fantastic.

They have had my Van for almost 6 weeks and I know nothing of it's status. I have even called the manager 3 times in 3 days and no return call!!! I don't think the right hand knows what the left hand is doing around here!! It's like a bunch of kindergartner kids running around in circles

I wrote about one of their car salesman that sold a personal car on the lot and it was a Lemmon and he was a joke who sold My son his first car stating he would get him a Carfax never did took it to a dealer found out the car was in two accidents Which he stated there was none been issues with the car ever since he gave my son a year warranty. My sons text him over and over he keeps telling him it’ll be there he’s sending it has not told Shea Chevolet about it. They said it wasn’t acceptable to call them. I did left messages no one has called back , it’s a shame that they allowed this to be done by one of their salesman. Mike Banks scammed my son on his first car, which is supposed to be exciting for a kid, but he has had to do nothing but put tons of money into this car that was supposedly never in an accident and only owned by Mikes son.

I stopped by the dealership after receiving a message

I stopped by the dealership after receiving a message that I could take a truck for a test drive but they actually do not let customers test drive vehicles under $10 grand. The 2010 Silverado is $4999 and I offered $3000 as-is but have not received any response.

They took the time to understand what was happening with my car, recreate the problem and diagnose the problem. When they couldn’t understand what the issue was they called GM to diagnose and fix the issue.
