Scheduled oil change took 2 hrs to complete!

Scheduled oil change took 2 hrs to complete! Wasnt offered a ride home or and discounts on future services. Just a apology because they were short staffed.

I loved the warm friendly greeting at the front desk as soon as I walked in! My salesman Theo was knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and helped me get the vehicle I wanted. The whole experience from start to finish was a five star!!

Every staff member I've crossed a path with at Shea has been outstanding and extremely professional! DAMON RILEY in sales made me feel like I truly gained a friend throughout this experience. I highly recommend Damon to anyone shopping for a vehicle. He made the purchase process entirely painless. Advisor GARRETT GIFFORD is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and patient. I am beyond impressed with how much he truly cares about me. He has made all service appointments completely stress free! The entire team behind the service desk was VERY organized and were familiar with each other's clients. They didn't let any questions go unanswered. It is clear everyone who works at Shea is very passionate and proud of the team they're a part of! Thank you Shea!

Saturday, September 7, 2024 I experienced the worst

Saturday, September 7, 2024 I experienced the worst service from Garrett in the Chevy Service Area! Not only is he a service rep that doesn't take into consideration what the customer is requesting...he is outright dishonrst! I came in for an oil change & thorough check of my brakes & rotors. I had been feeling & hearing something a little weird. Garrett rushed me through my service, even though I requested to speak to the technician ( like I ALWAYS do if I detect a problem) & to see the area of trouble. Garrett tells me a WHOLE LIE and says " we got your oil change done & & your tires back on. Your at 6 all the way around". I asked what that was? He said that my pads were about 1/2 way all the way around. I told him I want to see what he's talking about. He said well Roland has the tires back k on now. I said "well he's gonna need to take them back off"! Garrett was clearly turning RED! and with good reason. He lied to me! I get back there & the kind young man was honest he said " I never took off the tires ma'am...only did a quick look with my lil flash light". When he did oblige me...come to find out I had a SERIOUS concern on the front right pad which was worn down to a 2! And a potential stuck caliber!!! I could not believe that had I listened to this man I could have been somewhere in a serious accident because he was not forth coming! Thank you ROLAND for your kindness & honesty! THANK YOU AERIC for looking further & ALWAYS being so thorough & THANK YOU CIARA for being an attentive supportive supervisor! And GARRETT like I said to you yesterday "DONT YOU EVER LIE to me or any other customer, because it could cause them their LIFE"! I glad I advocated for myself because he sure didnt!
