I had my oil changed & tires rotated.

I had my oil changed & tires rotated. This was the first time that I left less than an hour or two to wait for service. David was very helpful.

Not honoring coupons the same way that I have always used

Not honoring coupons the same way that I have always used them. An early morning appointment had a ridiculous wait time. Settings were not cleared.
