Jennifer Rios is very kind and professional. She always keeps you up to date on the status of your vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me dirtier than it has given to KIA. There were grease finger prints all over my seat, center counsel, and doors left there by the mechanic.

When purchasing a used car you have to accept some risk.
When purchasing a used car you have to accept some risk. The ultimate deal was fair, but the experience was long and arduous. I spent a total of 7 hours over three days in the process and due to fatigue after waiting for delivery of the car for 2 hour despite having an appointment. Unfortunately, I now have a rear driver door that locks inconsistently and have to wait 30 days for the extended warranty to become effective. All in all,the car is nice but the delivery of the vehicle was not good and left a lasting impression.
