There were plenty of selections of multiple models at the dealership which helped a lot in feeling out the different trims and models that were offered. The staff was incredibly helpful in providing specific knowledge on the cars, as well as assisting in having a decent test drive.

There were two "phases" of interaction and I need to

There were two "phases" of interaction and I need to write about both of them. The folks at 9th Ave. Honda are always focused AND helpful, but the first time I went in to see about this recall, I was told they didn't have the parts, so I was to "check back." The one star that is missing is for them not saying "we'll call you when we have the parts." Maybe I should have only removed 1/3 of a star because 9th Ave Honda have been great for YEARS. I work 15 hour days and am interrupted about every 10 minutes. How often would I have had to make a point of calling in order to find out that they still didn't have the parts? One day, I was in the neighborhood and stopped in and asked whether they had the parts and, as it turned out, THEY DID! I got an appointment for the very next day and all went smoothly - as it has every time before (through at least three previous Hondas - probably four, but I'm not really sure).

I had a terrible experience at this dealership and

I had a terrible experience at this dealership and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. The dealer seems to be running a scam, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your car purchase!

The staff is welcome friendly excellent service my car is in good working condition I always get my car service on Van Ness from tires to oil change as a female customer is hard to find a honest automotive services there fore I found my place here
