Patrick is great. Always very straight forward. Keeps informed. Service group dropped the ball but I had loner car so no real inconvenience

Autumn was the best sales woman, like she was hand picked for me by angels. So nice, helpful, and really knew what she was talking about! It was truly a match made in heaven since she drove the exact same car I was there to look at! All I can say is wow what a Team! Chris was in contact with me all day making sure everything was perfect for me when I got there after work. He then set me up with Autumn and I can't be any more grateful to him for that! Jen was also very kind and helpful, she knew exactly how to help me understand all the most important things that are usually glossed over, she made sure all my questions were answered and that I understood everything. Even on their busiest day they handled my every need with the utmost care and made me feel important. Now I cannot imagine ever buying a car from any place else.

She was very knowledgeable about the Q3 during our three visits Audi Pittsburgh she took all the time we needed to answer any questions we had and explain the vehicle. We looked at a number of different manufacturers for small SUVs and settled on a Q3. One of the reasons was the sales staff at Audi Pittsburgh.

I’ve taken my car here for almost 9 yrs and have worked with Patrick the majority of the time. Patrick has always gone above and beyond and always works hard to represent the company. He is very helpful and listens to the customer. He takes the time to review things and is very knowledgeable. I’ve had a couple bumps in the road in my service since the office moved from west liberty, but this review is based on the service advisor. I’d recommend scheduling with Patrick.
